Terms of Service

Last updated: September 29, 2026

Miravi is in early access and these terms may evolve as the product develops. We’ll post any changes on this page. Questions? Email hello@getmiravi.com.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Miravi’s website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By requesting an invite, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service

Miravi shows how AI agents read your website and what they conclude about you. It fetches your public pages the way AI agents and crawlers do, sends simulated buyer agents through your site with questions your buyers ask, records where they find an answer, where they give up and which alternatives they name, and prepares suggested changes (such as work orders or pull requests) for you to review. Miravi does not publish to your website or change it; you decide what to apply. Features are offered on an early-access basis and may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Access is currently invite-only. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your website and connected services

You may only point the Service at websites you own or are authorized to analyze. By adding a site, you authorize Miravi to fetch and analyze its publicly available pages, including by automated means.

If you connect a third-party service, such as a code repository or a messaging workspace, you authorize Miravi to access it with the permissions you grant, solely to provide the Service. Miravi requests read-only access to repositories. You can revoke a connection at any time from the service itself or from your account. Suggested changes, including any pull request prepared for you, are proposals: nothing is merged, published or deployed unless you or your team choose to do so, and you are responsible for the changes you apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

  • Use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
  • Point the Service at websites or systems you are not authorized to analyze;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted; or
  • Use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide to the Service or that the Service reads on your behalf, including your website content, repository contents and the facts you confirm about your product (“Your Content”). You grant Miravi a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide results back to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Your Content and for reviewing any AI-generated output before you publish or rely on it.

6. AI-generated output and measurements

The Service uses automated systems, including third-party AI models, to simulate how AI agents read your site, to measure their answers and to suggest changes. Simulated agents approximate real AI assistants and may not match any particular assistant’s behavior, and AI assistants change over time. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by a human before use. Miravi does not control third-party AI assistants or search engines and does not guarantee that any of them will name, cite, recommend or rank you. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service’s output.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Miravi and protected by applicable laws. Except for the rights expressly granted here, these Terms do not transfer any Miravi intellectual property to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products and websites, such as code hosts, messaging tools and AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Early access & availability

The Service is provided during early access on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miravi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miravi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Miravi’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
